I began collecting First Day Covers in 1996 - didn't know at that stage that pictorial postmarks even existed. Once I saw them I was hooked. The result is a hobby totally out of control, as the two-volume Australian PictorMarks and seven monographs on various thematics regarding the hobby attest. I sell on eBay as "OzPictorMarks" and try to keep people informed about the latest happenings through my newsletters on my website (don't click on the link - do a cut and paste instead!). I'm happy to answer any questions on pictorial and commemorative postmarks if I can, and promise not to make up the answers.
